The Service and its original content (excluding data sourced from third parties), features, and functionality are owned by LogiSync and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Third-Party Data

AI model specifications, pricing, and benchmark data are sourced from third-party providers and are used in accordance with their respective terms. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not claim ownership of this data.

5.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., comparisons, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store such content for providing the Service.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information:

  • AI model pricing and specifications change frequently
  • Data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors
  • Benchmark scores are aggregated from various sources
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information

Always verify critical information directly with the AI provider before making purchasing or implementation decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogiSync, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LogiSync regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
